T O F U

Sunday night and a long weekend means I'm trying my best to eat healthy. This tofu bowl was a less than 30 minute job that tastes and looks good too (for all you instafoodies)!

Serves: 1-2

Ingredients:
Handful of red lettuce
4-6 cherry tomatoes
100 gm medium firm tofu
1 spoon of olive oil

Dressing:
1 spoon of honey mustard
1 spoon of extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon agave syrup
Pinch of salt and pepper

Garnish:
Chia seeds


  1. Rinse the lettuce and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large wok or fry pan. 
  3. Add the tofu chunks and sauté till they turn light brown. 
  4. For the dressing, add all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together. 
  5. In a serving bowl, add lettuce, tomatoes and dressing. Mix well.
  6. Add tofu and garnish with chia seeds.
This is heavenly.
